The Role
We are seeking a passionate and empathetic physiotherapist to join our team 2–4 days per week (availability on Wednesdays is essential). Your primary caseload will focus on women’s pelvic health, covering a broad range of conditions including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postnatal care, chronic pelvic pain, prolapse management, and occasional musculoskeletal/rehabilitation clients. Training and treatment in mastitis management will also be included.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and evidence-based treatments, utilising strong clinical reasoning, education, and exercise prescription skills.
This flexible role is suited to:
- An experienced pelvic health physiotherapist ready to hit the ground running, or
- A clinician with a few years of experience who would value mentoring and ongoing support.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a practitioner who is:
- Passionate about pelvic health and committed to making a difference
- Empathetic and client-focused, with excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing their own caseload
- Keen to contribute to a small, close-knit, and supportive team environment
- Skilled in clinical reasoning, experienced and confident in exercise prescription
- Demonstrates ongoing committment to CPD
- Preferably has musculoskeletal experience
Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Formal training in Women’s Health Physiotherapy (through APA, postgraduate studies, or WHTA-accredited courses)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in private practice (pelvic health or musculoskeletal)
- Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
